Current Civil Procedure Law Issues Symposium Was Held in HKU

Organized by Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU) Faculty of Law, the two -day “Civil Procedure Law Current Issues Symposium” was held in 24-25 May 2014 at Hasan Kalyoncu University Congress and Culture Center.
Organized by Hasan Kalyoncu University School of Law, the attenders of the Symposium on Current Issues in Civil Procedure Code were; Prof. Dr. Selcuk Oztek, Prof. Dr. Kamil Yıldırım, Prof. Dr. Seyithan Deliduman, Prof. Dr. Adnan Deynekli, Prof. Dr. S. Burak Arzova, the Supreme Court 2nd Civil Chamber Member Mustafa Ates, Gaziantep Bar President Ali Elibol, Assoc. Prof. Murat Yavaş, Prof. İbrahim Aşık, 19th Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court Judge Dr. Mustafa Saldırım, Asst. Prof. Taylan Özgür Kiraz, Dr. Evren Kılıçoğlu, Dr. Nazlı Gören Ülkü, participants from the provinces of Gaziantep and the environment.

To the symposium organized by Hasan Kalyoncu University School of Law “Civil Procedure Law Current Issues Symposium”, “Civil Procedure that dominate Principles”, “Preliminary Investigation the Problems”, “Unlawful Evidence”, “Ordinary Shares in the Falsehood”, “wet and wet Agency in the Framework Timeout Def ” and “Precautionary Measures – Evidence Detection”  issues were discussed.

Gaziantep Bar President Mr. Ali Elibol said; “Organized by Hasan Kalyoncu University School of Law “Civil Procedure Law Current Issues Symposium” I hope brings our country increasingly difficult and judges standing in front of thousands due to overload, blockage leading to the point the Court to the problems of new insights and solutions”.

Symposium continued with conducted sessions. At the end of the symposium, the presentation of plaques were done.
