To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you carefully read the explanations below and complete your procedures within the specified dates.
| Registration Methods |
Registration procedures for candidates placed through the 2024 Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) Additional Quota can be carried out in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Government or In-Person Registration at the University.
Only one of these registration methods is required. Those who register via e-Government do not need to register in person, and those who register in person do not need to register via e-Government.

1) Electronic Registration via e-Government (E-Registration) |
- Candidates placed between 11-13 November 2024 can complete their university registration via the e-Government portal without coming to our University.
- Students may collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are enrolled.
- Students who are awarded full scholarships may complete E-Registration without any financial transaction.
- To register electronically, at least half of the tuition fee must be deposited into our bank account. The student’s National ID Number, name and surname must be specified in the description field. Payments are reflected in our accounts the following day. Once the payment is reflected in our account, the registration must be completed via e-Government.
- Students who are entitled to discounts other than OSYM scholarships (sibling, child of martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must register in person at Hasan Kalyoncu University to benefit from the specified scholarship opportunities, as they are required to submit relevant documents and diplomas.
- Candidates who complete electronic registration must submit the documents listed below in person to the Student Affairs Directorate by 15 November 2024 to finalise their registration.

2) In-Person Registration at the University |
Candidates entitled to study at our University may register between 11-15 November 2024 by visiting Hasan Kalyoncu University in person with their national ID, or through a notarised proxy.
Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University
- Original Associate Degree Diploma or Provisional Graduation Certificate (obtained via e-Government)
- Vertical Transfer Examination Results Document
- Vertical Transfer Examination Placement Results Document
- 2 Copies of Course Content
- 2 Copies of Transcript
- 2 Copies of Preparatory Class Certificate (for departments requiring preparatory class)
- Photocopy of National ID
- Document confirming no military service obligation (for those born in 2004 and earlier) (Those over the age of 29 will be registered based on the military status certificate obtained from the Military Recruitment Office.)
- Residence Certificate (must be obtained via e-Government)
- 6 photographs (Photographs must have been taken within the last six months. The student’s name, surname and the department/programme awarded must be written on the back of each of the 6 photos with a ballpoint pen when registering.)

In addition to DGS scholarships, registered students may benefit from only one of the following scholarship opportunities:
- The sibling discount applies to only one of two siblings. The discount applies as long as both siblings continue their normal education.
- The scholarships and their rates are shown in the table below;

For tuition fees;
- A 5% discount is applied when the full annual tuition fee is paid in advance. (Single payment by any credit card or bank transfer)
- For instalment payments, the annual tuition fee may be paid in 10 instalments using credit cards featuring Maximum, World (Vakifbank), Paraf, Bonus, Axcess, Ziraat Bankkart.
- During registration dates, personnel from our partner banks will be present on our University campus. Pursuant to our agreements with partner banks, students and parents whose creditworthiness is approved by the bank may pay the annual tuition fee interest-free, with the first instalment paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee in 9 equal instalments on the agreed due dates. (Instalment payments under the loan agreement made with the banks will be made to the accounts opened in your name by the bank with which you signed the agreement.)
- Tuition fees may be deposited commission-free into the following University account numbers at any Denizbank branch throughout Turkey.

- Partial Scholarship/Non-Scholarship students must first deposit the specified tuition fee into our bank account or make a single online payment by credit card.
