Technopark

Innovation flourishes where curious minds meet real-world problems. HKU Technopark — the Technology Development Zone of Hasan Kalyoncu University — was created to bring those two worlds together, providing the infrastructure, expertise and partnerships that turn academic research into commercial impact.

About HKU Technopark
HKU Technopark is the official Technology Development Zone (Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi) of Hasan Kalyoncu University, established under Türkiye’s Law No. 4691 to accelerate university-industry collaboration in the south-east of the country. From our base in Gaziantep — a major industrial hub bridging Anatolia, the Mediterranean and the Middle East — we host technology firms, research-driven startups and academic spin-offs working on the ideas that will shape the next decade.

Our mission is to build a thriving innovation ecosystem in which researchers, entrepreneurs and industry leaders solve problems together. Our vision is to make Gaziantep one of Türkiye’s leading destinations for applied research and high-technology entrepreneurship.
