At Hasan Kalyoncu University, your safety and a peaceful learning environment are our priority. Accordingly, camera recordings are made 24/7 with a closed-circuit television system (CCTV) in various areas of our University.

Areas Under Camera Surveillance:

• Campus entrances and exits.
• Faculty and department corridors.
• Lecture halls and classrooms.
• Library.
• Sports facilities.
• Other common areas.

Purpose of Camera Recording:

• Preventing and detecting security incidents,
• Enabling a rapid response in emergencies,
• Protecting the safety of students and staff,

Protection of Personal Data:

• Camera recordings are processed and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Recordings are reviewed by authorised personnel for security purposes only and are not shared with third parties. For this reason, without an official request and written permission, viewing camera recordings or sharing them is not possible.
