The Hasan Kalyoncu University Scientific Research Projects Unit was established, in accordance with Article 58 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, as amended by Law No. 4684, and the Regulation on Scientific Research Projects of Higher Education Institutions published in the Official Gazette No. 24722 dated 10.04.2002, to evaluate, accept and support the scientific research project proposals of Hasan Kalyoncu University, and to conduct, monitor and conclude the related services.
Within the scope of the procedures and principles published by the Council of Higher Education on 01.01.2009, the name of the unit was changed to the Scientific Research Projects Coordination Office.
