EXPLANATION
- Candidates must be in the Online Application by the deadline.
- For the finalization of the students who are admitted to the graduate programs, they must apply to the Institute of Social Sciences for the non-thesis programs (05 December-26 January 2018) and for the Thesis and Ph.D. programs (22-26 January 2018). A candidate who does not have a definite record of his / her time lost his / her registration fee.
- Announcements of the registration lists of the Thesis and Ph.D. programs will be announced between the dates (18-19 January 2018).
- Course registrations from OBS (January 31 – February 2, 2018) will be held between the dates
- The start of classes at the institute is February 5, 2018.
- The last day of the course add-drop and consultant approval (February 9, 2018).
Note 1: There is absolutely no registration with missing documents.
Note 2: The student who is in Arrear / Leak is not registered.
Note 3: Color copier / photocopy is not accepted.
Note 4: You can learn the information required for military postponement procedures from the ASAL Regional Office you are affiliated with.

For the Thesis Master’s Program;
- To graduate from any undergraduate program of 4 years (Scientific Preparatory Program is applied to candidates who have graduated from a different area / Candidates who have completed their studies abroad must take the equivalency certificate from YÖK).
- At least 55 points from ALES (within the last five years).
- Foreign students must be successful in TÖMER.
- Assessment: 50% of the ALES (EA) is taken as 50% of the average of the undergraduate grade in the type of the program applied on 100 full grades. Quotas; the weighted score thus obtained is filled in order starting from the highest.
For non-thesis Master’s Programs;
Graduation from any undergraduate program of 4 years.
For the Master of Business Administration Program in Distance Education;
Graduation from any undergraduate program of 4 years.
Private Law MSc
Master of Public Law
For the Thesis Master’s Program;
- Being a graduate of law school (This means that candidates who have completed their studies abroad are obliged to obtain equivalency certificate from YÖK).
- At least 55 points from ALES (within the last five years).
3.The students with a nationality must be successful in TÖMER.

Special Education Teacher’s Master
For the Thesis Master’s Program;
- To be graduated from undergraduate programs under Special Education Department (Special Education Teacher, Mind Barriers, Hearing Impaired, Hearing Impaired, Superior / Special Abilities) (Scientific Preparatory Program is applied to candidates graduated from a different area = Psychological Counseling and Guidance, Development, Preschool Teacher, Classroom Teacher, Psychology). Foreign students must be successful in TÖMER
- At least 55 points from ALES (within the last five years).
- Foreign students must be successful in TÖMER
- Assessment: 50% of ALES (EA), 25% of the average of the undergraduate grade and 25% of the written science exam are taken for the type of the program applied on 100 full marks. Quotas; the weighted score thus obtained is filled in order starting from the highest.

- To have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (Candidates who have graduated from a different area are required to take the Scientific Preparatory Program / Candidates who have completed their studies abroad should take the equivalency certificate from YÖK).
- At least 55 points from ALES (EA) and at least 80 points from ALES (EA) when applying for graduate degree in Integrated Doctorate.
- To certify that you have got at least 55 points from YDS or equivalent scores from exams accepted by the Board of Directors of the University.
- Candidates applying for an Integrated Ph.D. as a Bachelor’s degree graduates must have an overall grade point average of 80 out of 100 or 3 out of 4.
- In the Political Science and International Relations PhD Program; 50% of the ALES (EA), 15% of the graduate grade average, 15% of the foreign language score and 20% of the written science examination / interview are taken for the type of the program. Quotas; the weighted score thus obtained is filled in order starting from the highest.

- In other PhD programs; 50% of the ALES (EA), 30% of the graduate grade average, and 20% of the foreign language score are taken for the type of the program applied on 100 full marks. Quotas; the weighted score thus obtained is filled in order starting from the highest.
Guidance and Psychological Counseling PhD
- Students who will apply for a programa must have a graduate degree in Psychology or Psychological Counseling and Guidance (Scientific Preparation Program for Psychology Graduates).
- At least 55 points from ALES (within the last five years).
- To certify that you have got at least 55 points from YDS or equivalent scores from exams accepted by the Board of Directors of the University.
- Assessment: 50% of the ALES (EA), 15% of the graduate grade average, 15% of the foreign language score and 20% of the written science examination / interview makes. Quotas; the weighted score thus obtained is filled in order starting from the highest.

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY DOCTORAL PROGRAM
PURCHASE CONDITIONS
- Candidates who will apply to the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Psychological Counseling and Guidance and a Master of Clinical Psychology.
- No special students will be admitted to the Clinical Psychology graduate programs.
Students will not be admitted to the 3rd Dependency Psychology Graduate Program during 2017-2018 Spring semester.
- Assessment of the applicants: Assessment 50% of the ALES, 20% of the graduate grade average (graduate grade average for the doctorate program), 20% of the written science examination, And 15% of the oral interview grade. Quotas; the weighted score thus obtained is filled in order starting from the highest.
- Students who score below 70 points in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program will be excluded from evaluating the applications and the interview will not be taken.

- A 50% discount is given to the disabled (50% and above).
