2024-2025 Academic Year Summer School

Dear students,

Applications and registration for the 2024-2025 Academic Year Summer School will be carried out online between 30 June – 3 July 2025 via https://obs.hku.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx. To complete your final registration, you must complete your financial registration.

• Summer school course selection is carried out on the same screen as the course selection for the fall and spring semesters.
• After the summer school course selection made through the Student Information System (OBS) is completed in the system, the financial approval of the fees paid will be reflected in the system within 24 hours.
• Payments can be made via virtual POS, credit card and EFT/bank transfer.

Students taking courses in the summer school are subject to the provisions of the “Hasan Kalyoncu University Summer School Directive” and the “Hasan Kalyoncu University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation”.

Students who will register from outside our University must complete the following steps for their registration;

• Students of another Higher Education Institution who wish to take courses in our University’s summer term must create a user account by logging in to our University’s Student Affairs Information System.

NOTE: After selecting “Edit Application”, the fields on the left side of the screen that appears must be completed in order (Identity Information, Contact Information, University Information and Application Information), the box “I accept and declare that the information I have entered in this form is correct” must be ticked, and the form must be saved.

• When your application is approved, you will be transferred to the Student Information System.
• By entering Username: your Student Number, Password: the first 5 (five) digits of your Turkish ID Number, you can log in to the system at https://obs.hku.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx.

• Hasan Kalyoncu University students or students registering from outside our University will log in at https://obs.hku.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx and then select their courses by entering the Student Information System with their Username and Password.
