2025-2026 Academic Year Summer School

Dear students,

Summer school applications and registrations for the 2025-2026 Academic Year will be carried out online between 6 – 9 July 2026 at https://obs.hku.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx. To complete your final registration, you must complete your financial registration.

Summer school course selection is made on the same screen as the course selection for the fall and spring semesters.

After the summer school course selection is completed in the Student Information System (OBS), the financial approval of the fees paid will be reflected in the system within 24 hours.

Payments can be made by virtual POS, credit card, and EFT/bank transfer.

Students taking courses in summer school are subject to the provisions of the “Hasan Kalyoncu University Summer School Directive” and the “Hasan Kalyoncu University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Training Regulation”.

Students who will register from outside our University must complete the following steps:

Students who are enrolled at another higher education institution and wish to take courses in our University’s summer term must create a user account by logging in to our University’s Student Affairs Information System.

NOTE: After selecting Edit Application, the fields on the left side of the screen that appears must be filled in order (Identity Information, Contact Information, University Information and Application Information), and the form must be saved after ticking the box “I declare and undertake that the information I have entered in this form is correct”.

• When your application is approved, you will be transferred to the Student Information System.
• You can log in to the system at https://obs.hku.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx using your Student Number as the username and the first 5 (five) digits of your Turkish ID Number as the password.

Hasan Kalyoncu University students and students registering from outside our university will select their courses by logging in at https://obs.hku.edu.tr/oibs/std/login.aspx and then entering the Student Information System with their Username and Password.

Summer School Tuition Fees
