2025 DGS Registration Guide

Thank you for choosing our university; we wish you continued success.

To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures paying attention to the specified dates.

Registration of candidates placed through the 2025 Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) quota can be completed in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet or In-Person Registration at the University.

It is sufficient to complete only one of these registrations; those who register via e-Devlet need not register in person, and those who apply in person need not register via e-Devlet; there is no need to do both.

• Candidates placed between 11 – 15 September 2025 (15 September 2025 until 23:59) can complete their university registration through the e-Devlet portal without coming to our university.
• Students will be able to collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School they are registered in.
• Students who win a full scholarship can complete e-registration without any financial transaction.
• To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be paid into our bank account. In the description field, the student’s Turkish ID Number, first name and surname must be stated. Payments are credited to our accounts the next day. The e-Devlet registration must be completed after the paid fee has been credited to our account.
• Students who are entitled to discounts other than ÖSYM scholarships (sibling, child of a martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents or diplomas in order to benefit from the stated scholarship opportunities, and therefore they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
• Candidates who complete electronic registration must hand in their Transcript and Course Contents in person to the Student Affairs Directorate by 25 September 2025.
• The steps to follow for E-Registration are below:

Candidates entitled to study at our university can register on 11 – 17 September 2025 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University, where their ID card will be checked, or through persons authorised by a notarised power of attorney.

Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Associate Degree graduation certificate obtained via e-Devlet or original Provisional Graduation Certificate
2. Vertical Transfer Examination Results Document
3. Vertical Transfer Examination Placement Results Document
4. 2 copies of Course Contents (University-approved)
5. 2 copies of Transcript (University-approved)
6. 2 copies of Preparatory Class Certificate (University-approved, for programmes with a preparatory class)
7. Copy of ID Card
8. Document stating no relation to military service (for those born in 2005 or earlier) (Registration of liable persons over 29 years of age will be carried out according to the military status certificate they obtain from the Military Recruitment Offices.)
9. Residence Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet)
10. 6 photographs (The photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s first name, surname and the department/programme they were admitted to must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)

• A 5% discount is applied when the entire annual tuition fee is paid in advance.

Students who register will be able to benefit from only one of the following scholarship opportunities in addition to DGS scholarships:

• The sibling discount is applied to only one of two siblings. The discount applies as long as both siblings continue their regular education.
• Scholarships and their rates are as shown in the table below;

For tuition fees;

• A 5% discount is applied to payments made in full in advance for the Annual Tuition Fee. (Single payment on all credit cards or Bank Transfer)
• Up to 10 instalments can be made on all individual credit cards with Maximum, Paraf, Vakıfbank World and Ziraat Bankkart features.
• On registration dates, staff of partner banks will be present on our university campus. Under our agreements with the partner banks, the Annual Tuition Fee will be collected interest-free from students and their parents whose creditworthiness is approved by the bank, provided that the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates. (Instalment payments under the loan agreement made with the banks will be paid into the accounts opened in your name by the bank with which you sign the agreement)
• The tuition fee can be paid, free of commission, into our university’s account numbers below at any Denizbank branch across Türkiye.
