Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU) has signed an Educational Cooperation Protocol with Anıl Aviation Flight School to expand practical training opportunities for its students and contribute to the development of a highly qualified workforce for the aviation sector.
The signing ceremony, held at the HKU Rectorate, was attended by HKU Rector Professor Gül Rengin Küçükerdoğan; Director of Anıl Aviation Flight School Ahmet Anılar; Dean of the HKU Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics Professor M. Fatih Hasoğlu; Head of the Department of Aviation Management Assistant Professor Gül Çıkmaz; and Director of the HKU Vocational School Assistant Professor İbrahim Bilir.
Commenting on the protocol, HKU Rector Professor Gül Rengin Küçükerdoğan said:
“We attach great importance to enabling our students to integrate their theoretical knowledge with professional experience in the sector. We believe that this cooperation with Anıl Aviation will make a significant contribution to developing our students’ professional competencies and preparing them for careers in the aviation industry with stronger qualifications and practical experience.”
Practice-Oriented Cooperation in Aviation Education
Under the protocol, students enrolled in HKU’s undergraduate and associate degree programmes in aviation will be provided with opportunities to complete their internships and workplace-based vocational training at Anıl Aviation.
The cooperation aims to enable students to reinforce their theoretical knowledge through sector-based practice, gain professional experience and enhance their career prospects.
The protocol, which will remain in force for three years, also covers joint initiatives involving seminars, orientation programmes, career events and employment opportunities for graduates, in addition to internships and vocational training activities.
