Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU), which aims to provide quality and reliable service to all its stakeholders, has renewed its Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK)-approved “ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System Certificate”, an international standard, until 2027. Having first received the certificate, an indicator of the international quality standard in information security, in 2021, Hasan Kalyoncu University successfully passed the audits carried out every year by independent international organisations and once again had its competence in information security management certified.
Stating that they will continue to meticulously fulfil and apply the criteria of confidentiality, integrity, availability and traceability in services for all of the University’s stakeholders, Hasan Kalyoncu University Rector Prof. Dr. Türkay Dereli said: “Information security is one of our university’s top priorities. The renewal of the ISO 27001 certificate is an indication of our determination and continuous improvement efforts in this area. In this way, we protect the data of our students, academic and administrative staff and all our stakeholders at the highest level. We thank everyone who contributed to obtaining the certificate.”
