To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures by paying attention to the specified dates.

Registration Methods

Candidates placed through the 2022 Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) quota can register in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet or In-Person Registration at the University.

It is sufficient to complete only one of these registrations; e-Devlet registrants need not register in person, and in-person registrants need not register via e-Devlet; doing both is not required.

• Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (E-Registration)

• Candidates placed between 8 – 12 September can complete their university registration via the e-Devlet gateway without coming to our University.
• They will be able to collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are enrolled.
• Students who win a full scholarship can complete E-registration without making any financial transaction.
• To be able to register electronically, at least half of the tuition fee must be deposited into our bank account. The student’s T.C. Identity Number, first name and surname must be stated in the description field. Payments reach our accounts the following day. Once the deposited fee has reached our account, the registration process must be completed via e-Devlet.
• Students who are entitled to a discount other than ÖSYM scholarships (sibling, child of a martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents and diplomas in order to benefit from the stated scholarship opportunities; therefore, they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
• The steps to be followed for E-Registration are below:

• In-Person Registration at the University

Candidates who are entitled to study at our University can register on 9 – 14 September by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University and having their identity card checked, or through persons to whom they give a power of attorney from a notary.

Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Original Associate Degree Graduation Certificate or Provisional Graduation Certificate obtained via e-Devlet
2. DGS Result Certificate
3. DGS Detailed Result Certificate
4. 2 copies of Course Contents
5. 2 copies of Transcript
6. 2 copies of Preparatory Class Certificate (for departments with a preparatory class)
7. Copy of Identity Card
8. Document stating no military service obligation (for those born in 2002 or earlier) (Registration of those over 29 years of age with obligations will be made according to the military status certificate they obtain from the Military Recruitment Offices.)
9. Tuition Fee Receipt
10. Residence Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet)
11. 6 photographs (Photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s first name, surname and the department/programme to which they have been admitted must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)

OUR SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

In addition to DGS scholarships, registered students will be able to benefit from only one of the following scholarship opportunities:

• The sibling discount applies to only one of the two siblings. The discount applies as long as both siblings continue their regular education.
• The scholarships and their rates are as shown in the table below;

Payment of Tuition Fees

Regarding tuition fees;

• A 5% discount is applied for payments of the entire annual tuition fee in advance. (Single payment by any credit card or bank transfer)
• For instalment payments, the annual tuition fee can be paid in 10 instalments with all credit cards bearing the Maximum, World, Bonus, Axess and Bankkart features.
• During the registration dates, under our agreement with Akbank and Vakıf Katılım, for students and parents whose creditworthiness is approved by the bank, the annual tuition fee will be collected interest-free if the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates. (The instalment payments under the loan agreement made with Akbank and Vakıf Katılım Bank will be made to the accounts opened in your name by the bank)
• The tuition fee can be deposited, free of commission, at any Denizbank branch across Turkey into the University account numbers below.
