To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures by paying attention to the specified dates.

 Registration Methods

The registration of candidates placed through the 2022 Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) can be completed in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (except for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services programme) or In-Person Registration at the University.

It is sufficient to complete only one of these registrations; those who register via e-Devlet do not need to register in person, and those who register in person do not need to register via e-Devlet.

• Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (E-Registration)
• Between 22 – 24 August 2022, placed candidates can complete their university registration through the e-Devlet portal without coming to our university.
• They will be able to collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are enrolled.
• Students who have won a full scholarship can complete E-registration without making any financial transaction.
• To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be deposited into our bank account. The student’s Turkish ID number, name and surname must be stated in the description field. Payments reach our accounts the following day. Once the deposited fee has reached our account, the registration must be completed via e-Devlet.
• Students who are entitled to a discount other than the ÖSYM scholarships (sibling, child of a martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents or a diploma in order to benefit from the stated scholarship opportunities; therefore, they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
• The steps to follow for E-Registration are below.

• In-Person Registration at the University

Candidates who have earned the right to study at our university can register between 22 – 26 August 2022 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University, where their identity card will be checked, or through persons to whom they have given a power of attorney from a notary.

The registration days for the Faculties/Schools of our university are given below.

       Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Original high school graduation certificate or temporary graduation certificate obtained via e-Devlet
2. ÖSYM Result Document
3. ÖSYM Detailed Result Document
4. Copy of Identity Card
5. Document showing no connection with military service (for those born in 2002 or earlier) (the registrations of those over 29 years of age who are liable will be made according to the military status certificate they obtain from the Military Recruitment Offices.)
6. Tuition Fee Receipt
7. Residence Certificate (to be obtained via e-Devlet)
8. 6 photographs (The photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s name, surname and the department/programme to which they were admitted must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)
9. E-registration is not possible for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services programme. Our students placed in this programme must come to our university for registration between 22 – 26 August 2022, together with all the documents listed below (for height and weight checks, health report checks, etc.).

Documents Required at Registration for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services (Associate Degree) Programme

• Criminal record or a document showing the Criminal Record Archive entry,
• For female candidates, a document showing a height between 160 cm and 180 cm (weight being at most 5 kilograms more or 15 kilograms less than the last two digits of the height value expressed in centimetres),
• For male candidates, a document showing a height between 170 cm and 190 cm (weight being at most 5 kilograms more or 15 kilograms less than the last two digits of the height value expressed in centimetres),
• A report showing that their health condition is suitable for flying (they must obtain a report stating that their health condition is suitable for flying from health institutions authorised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.) • No tattoos, scars, etc. on the parts of the body that would be visible when wearing the cabin crew uniform

• A 5% discount is applied when the entire annual tuition fee is paid in advance.

OUR SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Registered students will be able to benefit from only one of the following scholarship opportunities in addition to the ÖSYM scholarships:

• The sibling discount is applied to only one of two siblings. The discount is applied for as long as both siblings continue their regular education.
• The scholarships and their rates are as shown in the table below;

Payment of Tuition Fees

Regarding tuition fees;

• A 5% discount is applied for payments of the Entire Annual Tuition Fee in Advance. (Single payment on all credit cards or bank transfer)
• For instalment payments, the Annual Tuition Fee can be paid in 10 instalments on all credit cards with Maximum, World, Bonus, Axess and Bankkart features.
• On the registration dates, for cash payments, there will be a bank counter on our university campus.
• On the registration dates, staff of Akbank and Vakıf Katılım Bank will be present on our university campus. Under our agreement with Akbank and Vakıf Katılım, the Annual Tuition Fee will be collected interest-free from students and parents whose creditworthiness is approved by the bank, provided that the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates. (The instalment payments under the loan agreement to be made with Akbank and Vakıf Katılım Bank will be made to the accounts opened in your name by the bank)
• The tuition fee can be deposited, free of commission, into our university’s account numbers below from all branches of Denizbank across Türkiye.
