To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures by paying attention to the specified dates.
Registration Methods
Candidates placed through the 2022 Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) Supplementary Quota can register in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (except for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services programme) or In-Person Registration at the University.
It is sufficient to complete only one of these registrations; those who register via e-Devlet need not register in person, and those who apply in person need not register via e-Devlet either; it is not required.
1) Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (E-Registration)
- Candidates placed between 25 – 28 September 2022 can complete their university registration through the e-Devlet portal without coming to our university.
- They can collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are enrolled.
- Students who win full scholarships can complete E-registration without making any financial transaction.
- To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be paid into our bank account. It is mandatory to state the student’s Turkish ID Number, name and surname in the description field. Payments reach our accounts the next day. The registration process via e-Devlet must be completed after the paid fee has reached our account.
- Students who are entitled to discounts other than ÖSYM scholarships (sibling, child of a martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents or diplomas in order to benefit from the specified scholarship opportunities; therefore, they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
The steps to follow for E-Registration are below:
2) In-Person Registration at the University
Candidates who have earned the right to study at our university can register on 26 – 30 September 2022 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University, where their ID card will be checked, or through persons to whom they give a power of attorney from a notary.
Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University
- Original high school graduation certificate or temporary graduation certificate obtained via e-Devlet
- ÖSYM Result Document
- ÖSYM Detailed Result Document
- Copy of ID card
- Document stating that the candidate has no relationship with military service (for those born in 2002 or earlier) (Registrations of liable persons over 29 years of age will be made according to the military status document they obtain from the Recruitment Offices.)
- Tuition fee receipt
- Residence certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet)
- 6 photographs (Photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s name, surname and the department/programme won must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)
- E-registration cannot be completed for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services programme. Students placed in this programme (for height and weight checks, health report checks, etc.) must come to our university for registration with all the documents specified below between 26 – 30 September 2022.
Documents Required at Registration for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services (Associate Degree) Programme
- Criminal record or a document showing the Criminal Record Archive,
- For female candidates, a document showing a height between 160 cm and 180 cm (weight to be at most 5 kilograms above or 15 kilograms below the last two digits of the height expressed in centimetres),
- For male candidates, a document showing a height between 170 cm and 190 cm (weight to be at most 5 kilograms above or 15 kilograms below the last two digits of the height expressed in centimetres),
- A report showing that their health condition is suitable for flying (they must obtain a report that their health condition is suitable for flying from health institutions authorised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.) - No tattoos, scars, etc. on visible parts of the body when wearing the cabin crew uniform

- A 5% discount is applied when the entire annual tuition fee is paid in advance.
OUR SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Registered students will be able to benefit from only one of the following scholarship opportunities in addition to ÖSYM scholarships:
- The sibling discount is applied to only one of two siblings. The discount applied continues as long as both siblings continue their regular education.
Scholarships and their rates are as shown in the table below;
PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES
For tuition fees;
- A 5% discount is applied for payments of the Entire Annual Tuition Fee in Advance. (Single payment with all credit cards or Bank Transfer)
- For instalment payments, the Annual Tuition Fee can be paid in 10 instalments on all credit cards with Maximum, World, Bonus, Axess and Bankkart features.
- On registration dates, under our agreement with Akbank and Vakıf Katılım, for students and parents whose creditworthiness is approved by the bank, the Annual Tuition Fee will be collected interest-free if the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates. (Instalment payments under the loan agreement with Akbank and Vakıf Katılım Bank will be made to the accounts opened in your name by the bank.)
- The tuition fee can be paid to our university’s account numbers below, free of commission, at any branch of Denizbank across Türkiye.
