Registration Guide for 2024 DGS Additional Quota Registrations

To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures by paying attention to the stated dates.

Registration of candidates placed through the 2024 Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) Additional Quota can be completed in one of two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet or In-Person Registration at the University.

Completing only one of these registrations is sufficient; those who register via e-Devlet do not need to register in person, and those who register in person by applying do not need to register via e-Devlet.

• Candidates who have been placed may complete their university registration via the e-Devlet portal, without coming to our University, between 11–13 November 2024.
• They can collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are registered.
• Students who win a full scholarship can complete E-registration without making any financial transaction.
• To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be deposited into our bank account. The student’s T.C. Identity Number, first name and surname must be stated in the description field. Payments reach our accounts the next day. Once the deposited fee has reached our account, the registration must be completed via e-Devlet.
• Since students entitled to discounts other than ÖSYM scholarships (sibling, child of a martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents or diplomas in order to benefit from the stated scholarship opportunities, they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
• Candidates who complete the electronic registration must hand-deliver the documents listed below to the Student Affairs Directorate by 15 November 2024 for final registration.
• For E-Registration, the steps to follow are below:

Candidates entitled to study at our University may register between  11–15 November 2024 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University and having their identity card checked, or through persons to whom they grant a power of attorney via a notary.

            Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Original Associate Degree Graduation Certificate or Provisional Graduation Certificate obtained via e-Devlet
2. Vertical Transfer Examination Results Document
3. Vertical Transfer Examination Placement Results Document
4. 2 copies of Course Content
5. 2 copies of Transcript
6. 2 copies of Preparatory Class Certificate (for departments with a preparatory year)
7. Copy of Identity Card
8. Document stating no relation to military service (for those born in 2004 or earlier) (registration of those liable for service who are over 29 will be made according to the military status certificate they obtain from the Recruitment Office Directorates.)
9. Residence Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet)
10. 6 photographs (Photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s first name, surname and the department/programme won must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)

• A 5% discount is applied when the entire annual tuition fee is paid in advance.

In addition to DGS scholarships, registering students will be able to benefit from only one of the following scholarship opportunities:

• The sibling discount is applied to only one of two siblings. The discount applies for as long as both siblings continue their regular studies.
• The scholarships and their rates are as shown in the table below;

Regarding tuition fees;

• Full Advance Payment of the Annual Tuition Fee receives a 5% discount. (Single payment on all credit cards or bank transfer)
• Instalment payments: the Annual Tuition Fee can be paid in 10 instalments on all credit cards with the following features: Maximum, World (Vakıfbank), Paraf, Bonus, Axcess, Ziraat Bankkart.
• On registration dates, staff of contracted banks will be present on our University campus. Under our agreements with the contracted banks, for students and parents whose creditworthiness is approved by the bank, the Annual Tuition Fee will be collected interest-free provided that the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates. (Instalment payments under the loan agreement made with the banks will be made to the accounts opened in your name by the bank with which you sign the agreement)

• The tuition fee can be deposited, free of commission, into the University account numbers below at any Denizbank branch across Turkey.
