Registration Guide for 2024 DGS Registrations

To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures paying attention to the specified dates

The registration of candidates placed through the quota of the 2024 Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) can be done in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet or In-Person Registration at the University.

It is sufficient to complete only one of these registrations; those who register via e-Devlet are not required to register in person, and those who register by applying in person are not required to register via e-Devlet.

• Candidates who have been placed can complete the university registration through the e-Devlet gateway between 2 – 7 October 2024 without coming to our University.
• They will be able to collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/College in which they are enrolled.
• Students who have won a full scholarship can complete E-registration without making any financial transaction.
• To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be paid into our bank account. The student’s Turkish ID Number, first name and surname must be stated in the description field. In addition, payments reach our accounts the following day. Once the fee paid has reached our account, the registration procedure must be completed via e-Devlet.
• Since students who are entitled to a discount other than ÖSYM scholarships (sibling, child of a martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents or a diploma in order to benefit from the specified scholarship opportunities, they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
• Candidates who complete the electronic registration procedures must hand-deliver the documents listed below to the Directorate of Student Affairs by 11 October 2024 for final registration.
• For E-Registration, the steps to follow are below:

Candidates who are entitled to study at our University can register on 2 – 9 October 2024 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University and having their identity card checked, or through persons to whom they have granted a power of attorney by a notary.

            Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Original Associate Degree Graduation Certificate or Provisional Graduation Certificate obtained via e-Devlet
2. Vertical Transfer Exam Results Document
3. Vertical Transfer Exam Placement Results Document
4. 2 copies of Course Contents
5. 2 copies of Transcript
6. 2 copies of Preparatory Class Certificate (for departments with a preparatory class)
7. Copy of Identity Card
8. Document stating that there is no relationship with military service (for those born in 2004 or earlier) (the registration of those liable for service who are older than 29 will be made according to the Military Service Status Document they obtain from the Recruitment Office Directorates.)
9. Residence Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet)
10. 6 photographs (the photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s first name, surname and the department/programme won must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)

• A 5% discount is applied when the entire annual tuition fee is paid in advance.

Registered students will be able to benefit from only one of the following scholarship opportunities in addition to the DGS scholarships:

• The sibling discount is applied to only one of two siblings. The discount is applied for as long as both siblings continue their regular studies.
• The scholarships and their rates are as shown in the table below;

Regarding tuition fees;

• A 5% discount is applied for payments of the Entire Annual Tuition Fee in Advance. (Single payment on all credit cards or bank transfer)
• For instalment payments, the Annual Tuition Fee can be paid in 10 instalments on all credit cards with Maximum, World (Vakıfbank), Paraf, Bonus, Axcess, Ziraat Bankkart features.
• During the registration dates, staff of the contracted banks will be present on our University campus. Under our agreements with the contracted banks, the Annual Tuition Fee will be collected interest-free from students and parents whose creditworthiness is approved by the bank, provided that the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates. (The instalment payments under the loan agreement made with the banks will be paid into accounts opened in your name by the bank with which you sign the agreement)

• The tuition fee can be paid, without commission, into our University’s account numbers below at any Denizbank branch across Türkiye.
