To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures by paying attention to the stated dates.

Registration Methods

Registration of candidates placed through the 2024 Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) Additional Quota can be carried out in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (except for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services programme) or In-Person Registration at the University.

It is sufficient to complete only one of these registrations; those who register via e-Devlet need not register in person, and those who register by applying in person also need not register via e-Devlet; a second registration is unnecessary.

1) Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (E-Registration)

• Candidates placed between 25-27 September 2024 can complete their university registration through the e-Devlet gateway without coming to our University.
• They will be able to collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are enrolled.
• Students who win a full scholarship can complete e-registration without making any financial transaction.
• To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be paid into our bank account. It is mandatory to state the student’s Turkish ID Number, first name and surname in the description field. Payments reach our accounts the next day. Once the payment appears in our system, the registration must be completed via e-Devlet.
• Students who are entitled to discounts other than ÖSYM scholarships (siblings, children of martyrs/veterans, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents or diplomas in order to benefit from the stated scholarship opportunities, and therefore they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
• The steps to follow for E-Registration are below.

2) In-Person Registration at the University

Candidates who are entitled to study at our University can register on 25-30 September 2024 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University, where their identity card will be checked, or through persons to whom they have given a power of attorney from a notary.

Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Original high school graduation certificate or temporary graduation certificate obtained via e-Devlet
2. Higher Education Institutions Examination Results Document
3. Higher Education Institutions Examination Placement Results Document
4. Copy of Identity Card
5. Document showing no relationship with military service (for those born in 2004 or earlier) (Registration of those liable for service who are over 29 will be made according to the military status document they obtain from the Military Recruitment Offices.)
6. Residence Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet)
7. 6 photographs (Photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s first name, surname and the department/programme to which they were admitted must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)
8. E-registration cannot be completed for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services programme. Students placed in this programme must come to our University in person for registration between 25-30 September 2024, together with all the documents listed below (for height and weight checks, health report checks, etc.).

! Qualifications and Documents Required for Registration to the Civil Aviation Cabin Services (Associate Degree) Programme

• Criminal record certificate or a document showing the criminal record archive,
• For female candidates, a document showing a height between 160 cm and 180 cm (weight must be no more than 5 kilograms above or 15 kilograms below the value formed by the last two digits of the height in centimetres),
• For male candidates, a document showing a height between 170 cm and 190 cm (weight must be no more than 5 kilograms above or 15 kilograms below the value formed by the last two digits of the height in centimetres),
• A health report stating that the candidate is fit to fly, following an examination at aviation medical centres authorised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (http://web.shgm.gov.tr/documents/sivilhavacilik/files/pdf/saglik_birimi/yetkili_saglik_kuruluslari.pdf),
• No tattoos, scars, etc. on parts of the body that would be visible when wearing the cabin crew uniform

• A 5% discount is applied when the entire annual tuition fee is paid in advance.

OUR SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Payment of Tuition Fees

Regarding tuition fees;

• A 5% discount is applied to those who wish to pay the entire annual tuition fee in advance (single payment on all credit cards, or bank transfer).
• Up to 10 instalments can be made on all credit cards with Maximum, World, Paraf, Bonus, Ziraat Bankkart features.
• On the registration dates, there will be a bank counter on our university campus for cash payments.
• On the registration dates, there will be staff of contracted banks on our university campus. Under our agreement with the contracted banks, for students and their parents approved by the bank, the tuition fee can be collected interest-free if the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates (The instalment payments under the loan agreement made with the banks will be paid to the accounts opened in your name by the bank with which you sign the agreement).

• The tuition fee can be paid commission-free to our University’s account numbers below at any branch of Denizbank across Türkiye.

• For students other than those on a full scholarship, in order for the registration process to begin, the tuition fees must have been paid through the channels stated above (cash, bank payment, EFT, transfer, credit card, online payment, etc.).
