To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures by paying attention to the specified dates.

 Registration Methods

Registration of candidates placed through the 2024 Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) can be completed in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (excluding the Civil Aviation Cabin Services programme) or In-Person Registration at the University.

Completing only one of these registrations is sufficient; those who register via e-Devlet do not need to register in person, and those who register in person do not need to register via e-Devlet.

1) Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (E-Registration)

• Candidates placed between 19–21 August 2024 can complete their university registration through the e-Devlet gateway without coming to our University.
• They will be able to collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are enrolled.
• Students awarded a full scholarship can complete E-registration without making any financial transaction.
• To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be paid into our bank account. The student’s Turkish ID number, first name and surname must be stated in the description field. Payments reach our accounts the next day. Once the paid fee appears in our system, the registration must be completed via e-Devlet.
• Students who are entitled to discounts other than ÖSYM scholarships (siblings, children of martyrs/veterans, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents or diplomas in order to benefit from the stated scholarship opportunities, therefore they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
• The steps to follow for E-Registration are below.

2) In-Person Registration at the University

Candidates who have won the right to study at our University can register on 19-23 August 2024 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University and having their identity card checked, or through persons to whom they give a power of attorney from a notary.

The registration days for our University’s Faculties/Schools are shown below.

Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Original High School Graduation Certificate or Temporary Graduation Certificate obtained via e-Devlet
2. Higher Education Institutions Examination Results Document
3. Higher Education Institutions Examination Placement Results Document
4. Copy of Identity Card
5. Document showing no relationship with military service (for those born in 2004 or earlier) (Registrations of those liable for service who are over 29 years of age will be made according to the military status document they obtain from the Military Recruitment Offices.)
6. Residence Certificate (to be obtained via e-Devlet)
7. 6 photographs (Photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s first name, surname and the department/programme in which they have been placed must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)
8. E-registration cannot be made for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services programme. Students placed in this programme must come to our University in person for registration between 19-23 August 2024, with all the documents listed below (for height and weight checks, health report checks, etc.).

! Qualifications and Documents Required at Registration for the Civil Aviation Cabin Services (Associate Degree) Programme

• Criminal record certificate or a document showing the criminal record archive,
• For female candidates, a document showing a height between 160 cm and 180 cm (weight must be at most 5 kilograms more or 15 kilograms less than the last two digits of the height expressed in centimetres),
• For male candidates, a document showing a height between 170 cm and 190 cm (weight must be at most 5 kilograms more or 15 kilograms less than the last two digits of the height expressed in centimetres),
• Health report stating fitness to fly, issued following an examination at aviation medical centres authorised by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (http://web.shgm.gov.tr/documents/sivilhavacilik/files/pdf/saglik_birimi/yetkili_saglik_kuruluslari.pdf),
• No tattoos, scars, etc. on the parts of the body that would be visible when wearing the cabin crew uniform

• A 5% discount is applied when the entire annual tuition fee is paid in advance.

OUR SCHOLARSHIPS

NOTE: Apart from the ÖSYM scholarship, only one of the scholarships listed above is applied.

Payment of Tuition Fees

Regarding tuition fees;

• A 5% discount is applied to those who wish to pay the entire annual tuition fee in advance (single payment on any credit card or bank transfer).
• Maximum, World, Paraf, Bonus, Ziraat Bankkart-enabled credit cards can be paid in 10 instalments.
• During the registration dates, there will be a bank counter on our university campus for cash payments.
• During the registration dates, staff of our partner banks will be present on our university campus. Under our agreement with the partner banks, students and their parents approved by the bank can pay interest-free, provided that the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates (The instalment payments under the loan agreement made with the banks will be made to the accounts opened in your name by the bank with which you sign the agreement).

• The tuition fee can be paid commission-free into our University’s account numbers below at any Denizbank branch across Türkiye.

• For the registration of students other than those with a full scholarship to begin, the tuition fees must have been paid through the channels listed above (cash, bank payment, EFT, bank transfer, credit card, online payment, etc.).

• For students who pay by EFT/bank transfer or online through our website, bank confirmations appear in the system the day after the payment is made. It is important that our students, especially those who wish to register via e-Devlet, take this into account.
