To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures by paying attention to the dates specified.
Registration Methods

Candidates placed through the 2025 Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) Additional Quota can register in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (except for the Aviation Management, Civil Aviation Cabin Services and Civil Air Transport Management departments) or In-Person Registration at the University.

It is sufficient to complete only one of these registrations; those who register via e-Devlet do not need to register in person, and those who register by applying in person do not need to register via e-Devlet at all.

1) Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (E-Registration)

• Candidates who are placed between 10 – 12 October 2025 can complete their university registration through the e-Devlet portal without coming to our University.
• They will be able to collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are enrolled.
• Students who win a full scholarship can complete E-Registration without any financial procedure.
• To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be paid into our bank account. It is mandatory to state the student’s Turkish ID number, name and surname in the description field. Payments reach our accounts the next day. Once the payment is reflected in our system, registration via e-Devlet should be completed.
• Students who qualify for discounts other than ÖSYM scholarships (sibling, child of a martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents and diplomas in order to benefit from the specified scholarship opportunities; therefore, they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
• The steps to follow for E-Registration are given below.

2) In-Person Registration at the University
Candidates who have qualified to study at our University can register on 10 – 17 October 2025 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University, with their identity card being checked, or through persons to whom they give a power of attorney from a notary.
Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Original High School Graduation Certificate obtained via e-Devlet or Temporary Graduation Certificate
2. Higher Education Institutions Examination Results Document
3. Higher Education Institutions Examination Placement Results Document
4. Copy of Identity Card
5. Document stating that there is no connection with military service (for those born in 2005 and earlier) (Registrations of liable persons older than 29 will be made according to the military status document they obtain from the Military Recruitment Offices.)
6. Residence (Place of Residence) Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet)
7. 6 photographs (Photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s name, surname and the department/programme to which they have been admitted must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)
8. Criminal Record Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet for the Aviation Management, Civil Air Transport Management and Civil Aviation Cabin Services departments)
9. E-registration cannot be completed for the Aviation Management, Civil Air Transport Management and Civil Aviation Cabin Services departments. Students placed in these departments must come to our University in person between 10-17 October 2025 for registration, with all the specified documents (for height and weight checks, health report checks, etc.).

Special Conditions and Explanations
! Qualifications and Documents Required for Registration for the CIVIL AVIATION CABIN SERVICES (Associate Degree) Programme

• Criminal Record or a document showing the Criminal Record Archive,
• For female candidates, a document showing a height between 160 cm and 180 cm (weight must be at most 5 kilograms above or 15 kilograms below the value of the last two digits of the height expressed in centimetres),
• For male candidates, a document showing a height between 170 cm and 190 cm (weight must be at most 5 kilograms above or 15 kilograms below the value of the last two digits of the height expressed in centimetres),
• A health report stating that the candidate is fit to fly, issued following an examination at aviation medical centres authorised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (https://web.shgm.gov.tr/documents/sivilhavacilik/files/pdf/saglik_birimi/YSK-18-04.pdf),
• No tattoos, scars, etc. on the parts of the body that would be visible when wearing the cabin crew uniform

! Qualifications and Documents Required for Registration for the AVIATION MANAGEMENT (Bachelor’s) and CIVIL AIR TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT (Associate Degree) Programmes

• Criminal Record or a document showing the Criminal Record Archive,
• A medical board report, obtained from a fully equipped hospital within the last 6 months, stating that there is no health problem that would prevent the candidate from practising the profession and/or performing the duties assigned in the profession (hearing loss/deficiency, vision loss/deficiency, etc.).

OUR SCHOLARSHIPS

NOTE: Apart from the ÖSYM scholarship, only one of the scholarships specified above is applied.

Payment of Tuition Fees

Regarding tuition fees;

• A 5% discount is applied for those who wish to pay the entire annual tuition fee in advance (single payment on all credit cards or bank transfer).
• Up to 10 instalments can be made on all individual credit cards with Maximum, Paraf, Vakıfbank World or Ziraat Bankkart features.
• On registration dates, there will be a bank counter on our university campus for cash payments.
• On registration dates, there will be staff from our contracted banks on our university campus. Under our agreement with the contracted banks, for students and their parents approved by the bank, if the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates, it may be collected free of interest (Instalment payments under the loan agreement to be made with the banks will be made to the accounts opened in your name by the bank with which you sign the agreement).

• The tuition fee can be paid to our University’s account numbers below, commission-free, at any Denizbank branch across Türkiye.

• In order for the registration procedures of our students other than those with a full scholarship to be started, payment of the tuition fees must have been made through the channels specified above (cash, bank payment, EFT, transfer, credit card, online payment, etc.).

• The bank confirmations of students who pay by EFT/transfer or online payment through our website are reflected in the system on the day after the payment is made. It is important that our students, especially those who wish to register via e-Devlet, take this into consideration.
