To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures by paying attention to the specified dates.
 Registration Methods
Candidates placed through the 2026 Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) can register in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (except for the Aviation Management, Civil Aviation Cabin Services and Civil Air Transport Management departments) or In-Person Registration at the University.
It is sufficient to complete only one of these registrations; those who register via e-Devlet do not need to register in person, and those who register in person do not need to register via e-Devlet.
1) Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (E-Registration)

• Candidates who have been placed can complete their university registration through the e-Devlet portal, without coming to our University, between 24-26 August 2026.
• They can collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are enrolled.
• Students who win a full scholarship can complete E-registration without making any financial transaction.
• To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be paid into our bank account. The student’s Turkish ID Number, first name and surname must be stated in the description field. Payments reach our accounts the next day. Once the fee paid has been reflected in our system, the registration must be completed via e-Devlet.
• Since students who are entitled to a discount other than ÖSYM scholarships (sibling, child of a martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents or a diploma in order to benefit from the specified scholarship opportunities, they must come to Hasan Kalyoncu University and register in person.
• The steps to follow for E-Registration are below.

2) In-Person Registration at the University
Candidates who are entitled to study at our University can register on 24-28 August 2026 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University and having their identity card checked, or through persons to whom they give a power of attorney from a notary.
The registration days for our University’s Faculties/Schools are given below.

Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Original High School Graduation Certificate or Temporary Graduation Certificate obtained via e-Devlet
2. Higher Education Institutions Examination Results Document
3. Higher Education Institutions Examination Placement Results Document
4. Copy of Identity Card
5. Document stating that the student has no military service obligation (for those born in 2006 or earlier) (Registrations of those liable for service who are over 29 years of age will be made according to the military status certificate they obtain from the Military Recruitment Offices.)
6. Residence Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet)
7. 6 photographs (Photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s first name, surname and the department/programme to which the student has been admitted must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of each of the 6 photographs.)
8. Criminal Record Certificate (for the Aviation Management, Civil Air Transport Management and Civil Aviation Cabin Services departments, it must be obtained via e-Devlet)
9. E-registration is not available for the Aviation Management, Civil Air Transport Management and Civil Aviation Cabin Services departments. Students placed in these departments must come to our University in person for registration (for height and weight checks, health report checks, etc.) with all the specified documents between 24-28 August 2026.

Special Conditions and Explanations
!  Qualifications and Documents Required for Registration for the CIVIL AVIATION CABIN SERVICES (Associate Degree) Programme

• Criminal record or a document showing the criminal record archive,
• For female candidates, a document showing a height between 160 cm and 180 cm (weight must be at most 5 kilograms above or 15 kilograms below the last two digits of the height expressed in centimetres),
• For male candidates, a document showing a height between 170 cm and 190 cm (weight must be at most 5 kilograms above or 15 kilograms below the last two digits of the height expressed in centimetres),
• A health report stating fitness to fly, issued following an examination at aviation medical centres authorised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (https://web.shgm.gov.tr/documents/sivilhavacilik/files/pdf/saglik_birimi/YSK-18-04.pdf),
• No tattoos, scars, etc. on the parts of the body that would be visible when wearing the cabin crew uniform

! Qualifications and Documents Required for Registration for the AVIATION MANAGEMENT (Bachelor’s Degree) and CIVIL AIR TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT (Associate Degree) Programmes

• Criminal record or a document showing the criminal record archive,
• A medical board report, obtained within the last 6 months from a full-fledged hospital, stating that there is no health problem that would prevent the person from practising the profession and/or performing the duties assigned in the profession (hearing loss/deficiency, vision loss/deficiency, etc.).

The steps to be followed by students who will complete In-Person Registration at the University are below.

OUR SCHOLARSHIPS

NOTE: Apart from the ÖSYM scholarship, only one of the scholarships listed above is applied.

Payment of Tuition Fees

Regarding tuition fees:

• A 5% discount is applied to those who wish to pay the entire annual tuition fee in advance (single payment on all credit cards or bank transfer).
• Payments can be made in 10 instalments on all personal credit cards with Maximum, Paraf, Vakıfbank World and Ziraat Bankkart features.
• During the registration dates, there will be a bank counter on our university campus for cash payments.
• During the registration dates, staff from our partner banks will be present on our university campus. Under our agreements with the partner banks, students and their parents approved by the bank may pay the first instalment in advance and the remaining tuition fee in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates, with no interest charged (The instalment payments under the loan agreement made with the banks will be paid into the accounts opened in your name by the bank with which you sign the agreement).

• The tuition fee can be paid, free of commission, to our University’s account numbers below at all Denizbank branches across Türkiye.

• In order for the registration procedures of our students other than those with a full scholarship to be started, the tuition fees must have been paid through the channels specified above (cash, bank payment, EFT, transfer, credit card, online payment, etc.).

• For students who pay by EFT/transfer or online through our website, the bank confirmations appear in the system on the day after the payment is made. It is important that our students, especially those who wish to register via e-Devlet, take this into account.
