Registration Guide for 2026 YKS Supplementary Placement Registrations

Dear Student,

Welcome to the Hasan Kalyoncu University family. Thank you for choosing our University; we wish you continued success.

To complete your university registration, we strongly recommend that you read the explanations below carefully and complete your procedures in line with the specified dates.

Registration of candidates who have earned the right to register through the 2026 Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) Supplementary Placement can be completed in two ways: Electronic Registration via e-Devlet (except the Aviation Management, Civil Aviation Cabin Services and Civil Air Transport Management departments) or In-Person Registration at the University.

Completing only one of these registrations is sufficient: those who register via e-Devlet do not need to register in person, and those who register by applying in person do not need to register via e-Devlet.

1. Candidates placed between 2-4 October 2026 can complete their university registration through the e-Devlet portal without coming to our University.
2. They can collect their student ID cards from the Faculty/School in which they are enrolled.
3. Students who win a full scholarship can complete E-registration without making any financial transaction.
4. To complete electronic registration, at least half of the tuition fee must be paid into our bank account. The student’s Turkish Identity Number, first name and surname must be stated in the description field. Payments are credited to our accounts the next day. Once the paid fee is reflected in our system, the registration must be completed via e-Devlet.
5. Students who are entitled to a discount other than ÖSYM scholarships (sibling, child of a martyr/veteran, Erdem College, etc.) must submit documents and diplomas in order to benefit from the specified scholarship opportunities; therefore, they must register in person by visiting Hasan Kalyoncu University.
6. For E-Registration, the steps to follow are given below.

Candidates who are entitled to study at our University can register between 2-9 October 2026 by coming to Hasan Kalyoncu University and having their identity card checked, or through persons to whom they grant a power of attorney through a notary.

Documents Required for Final Registration at Our University

1. Original high school graduation certificate or temporary graduation certificate obtained via e-Devlet
2. Higher Education Institutions Examination Results Document
3. Higher Education Institutions Examination Placement Results Document
4. Copy of Identity Card
5. Document showing no military service obligation (for those born in 2006 or earlier) (Registrations of those liable for service who are over 29 years of age will be made according to the military status certificate they obtain from the Military Recruitment Offices.)
6. Residence Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet)
7. 6 photographs (The photographs must have been taken within the last six months. When coming to register, the student’s first name, surname and the department/programme to which they were admitted must be written with a ballpoint pen on the back of all 6 photographs.)
8. Criminal Record Certificate (must be obtained via e-Devlet for the Aviation Management, Civil Air Transport Management and Civil Aviation Cabin Services departments)
9. E-registration cannot be completed for the Aviation Management, Civil Air Transport Management and Civil Aviation Cabin Services departments. Our students placed in these departments must come to our University in person for their registration procedures, together with all the specified documents (for height and weight checks, health report checks, etc.), between 2-9 October 2026.

! Qualifications and Documents Required for Registration for the CIVIL AVIATION CABIN SERVICES (Associate Degree) Programme

1. Document showing the criminal record or criminal record archive,
2. Document showing a height of between 160 cm and 180 cm for female candidates (weight must be at most 5 kilograms above or at most 15 kilograms below the last two digits of the height value expressed in centimetres),
3. Document showing a height of between 170 cm and 190 cm for male candidates (weight must be at most 5 kilograms above or at most 15 kilograms below the last two digits of the height value expressed in centimetres),
4. Health report stating fitness to fly, issued following an examination at aviation medical centres authorised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (https://web.shgm.gov.tr/documents/sivilhavacilik/files/pdf/saglik_birimi/YSK-18-04.pdf),
5. No tattoos, scars, etc. on the visible parts of the body when wearing the cabin crew uniform

! Qualifications and Documents Required for Registration for the AVIATION MANAGEMENT (Bachelor’s) and CIVIL AIR TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT (Associate Degree) Programmes

1. Document showing the criminal record or criminal record archive,
2. Medical board report, obtained within the last 6 months from a fully equipped hospital, stating that there is no health problem that would prevent the person from practising the profession and/or performing the duties assigned in the profession (hearing loss/deficiency, vision loss/deficiency, etc.).

2. When the entire annual tuition fee is paid in advance, a 5% discount is applied.

NOTE: Apart from the ÖSYM scholarship, only one of the scholarships specified above is applied.

Regarding tuition fees:

1. Those who wish to pay the entire annual tuition fee in advance receive a 5% discount (single payment on all credit cards or bank transfer).
2. 10 instalments can be made on all individual credit cards with Maximum,  World, Bonus, Paraf, Ziraat Bankkart features.
3. Under our agreements with Akbank, Yapı Kredi, T.İş Bankası and Vakıf Katılım, for students and parents approved by the bank, it is possible to collect the fee interest-free if the first instalment is paid in advance and the remaining tuition fee is paid in 9 equal instalments on the committed due dates (the instalment payments under the loan agreement made with the banks will be paid into the accounts opened in your name by the bank with which you sign the agreement).

1. The tuition fee can be paid commission-free into the University account numbers below at any Denizbank branch across Türkiye.

For students other than full scholarship students, in order for their registration procedures to be started, the tuition fees must have been paid through the channels specified above (cash, bank payment, EFT, transfer, credit card, online payment, etc.).

For students paying by EFT/transfer or online via our website, bank confirmations are reflected in the system on the day after the payment is made. It is important that our students, especially those who wish to register via e-Devlet, take this into account.
