TO THE ATTENTION OF CANDIDATE STUDENTS FOR GRADUATION;
As of the end of the 2019-2020 education year it will be made a Single Lesson Exam for the students who only have a single lesson left for their graduation. The conditions and information’s for the Single Lesson Exam are listed below.
In case of taking all the lessons in the lesson plan and not remaining due to absenteeism, a single exam right is given for a lesson that prevents him from graduating, regardless of his grade.
- In order to take advantage of the single lesson exam right, he / she applies with a petition to the Faculty / School Dean / Directorate within two working days following the announcement of the make-up exams or summer school exam results. After examining the student’s situation, the head of the department or program submits the names of the students who will benefit from the single course examination for the approval of the relevant board of the unit, the students who can take the exam and the exam dates are determined by the relevant administrative board.
- The student has the right to take a single lesson exam held each semester.
- In the single lesson exam, evaluation is made only on the single lesson exam taken. In determining the letter grade, regardless of the midterm grade, the single course exam is converted into letter grade by taking into account the letter grade ranges on the previous exam’s grade chart for the course in which the exam is held.
- For a single course form and detailed information, the relevant faculty / school should be contacted.
- The single course exam fee is 500.00. – (Five Hundred) TL.
