“With the vision of a ‘national technology initiative’ looking hopefully towards the future of Turkey, young people come together in technology competitions with the slogan #sengeleceksindiye, the world’s largest aviation, space, and technology festival TEKNOFEST will experience the final excitement this year between April 27 and May 1 in Istanbul. TEKNOFEST 2023, in which Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU) is also a stakeholder, organized project competitions in 41 main and 102 different categories.
HKU, with 367 teams consisting of 1294 students, applied for TEKNOFEST 2023, and many teams will compete in the finals this year.
HKU Rector Prof. Dr. Türkay Dereli met with the students who will compete in the finals of TEKNOFEST 2023 to get information about the current status of their projects before the competitions. Rector Dereli congratulated the students and advisors who made it to the finals of TEKNOFEST 2023, saying, “I wholeheartedly believe that the added value provided by TEKNOFEST, which includes young people in Turkey’s vision of a national technology initiative, will increase exponentially every year.
