Because of the measures our university has taken because of the Covid 19 pandemic students who want to enter the university campus have to register their Hes codes to the system over our website. To avoid density we request from our students that they receive their Hes codes as soon as possible and login on the https://heskodu.hku.edu.tr:8443/smarthescode/home.faces website with their institution e-mail and password and register their Hes codes. Visitors who want to visit our campus can perform their Hes code registration with scanning the QR code at the safe area of the campus entre.
What Is a Hes Code ?
Hes (Hayat Eve Sığar) is a mobile application which was published by the Turkish Health Ministry. The hes code which you will create by yourself to use at the campus entries will be checked by the Turkish Health Ministry at intervals to find out if there is an obstacle with your health which will hinder your entry to the campus.
HOW TO GET HES CODE?
- With sending a SMS to the number 2023 which includes your ID number, birth year and sharing time ( In days).
- On E-Devlet with visiting the site turkiye.gov.tr/saglik-bakanligi-hes-kodu-uretme-ve-listeleme
- With the SMS you will send to the number 2023;
- Write HES and leave a space between them, respectively; T.R. Identity Number, T.C. By writing the last 4 digits of the ID Serial Number and the sharing time (in days) and sending an SMS to 2023
- People whose TR identity number starts with 97, 98, 99; You can get by typing HES and leaving a space between them, respectively.
