“Effective Communication Techniques in Team Management and Integration”
The first training was held between Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU) and Kalyon PV within the scope of corporate training cooperation. In the training held at Kalyon PV R&D Center, HKU Communication Faculty Dr. Faculty Member Damlasu Temizel discussed the topic of “Effective Communication Techniques in Team Management and Integration”.
The region’s first private innovation as a university, enterprise and innovation-driven established it gives start to HK with Turkey’s first domestic integrated solar panel institutional cooperation training is organized based on the cooperation between factory which Kalyon PV. Temizel in the training held in groups; She gave detailed information on creating an effective communication route in the team universe, strategic communication management and team integration applications at corporate level.
The two-day event hosted by Kalyon PV R&D Center ended with answering the questions of the participants. Trainings will continue within the scope of R&D and corporate training cooperation.
