Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU) organized the ‘Orientation 2024: Introduction to University Life Course’ for newly enrolled students in the 2024-2025 academic year. This year’s orientation program, held at the Performance and Arts Center, marked the first step in the university journey for nearly 2,000 new students.

Addressing the students who enrolled at the university this year, Hasan Kalyoncu University Rector Prof. Dr. Türkay Dereli said: “We want you to know that we are thrilled and proud to guide you on this meaningful journey. THE FIRST STEP INTO UNIVERSITY LIFE THAT SHAPES THE FUTURE
As part of the Orientation Program, organized to help new students quickly adapt to the 2024-2025 academic year with its intensive and high-quality scientific and social content, various seminars were held. İzmir Institute of Technology Rector Prof. Dr. Yusuf Baran gave a seminar on “The Making of a Leader,” Author-Educator-Communication Expert Dr. Fatih Akbaba spoke on “Campus Life,” and Gaziantep Yeşilay Branch President Prof. Dr. Haluk Şen addressed “Yeşilay and Addiction.” In addition to a campus tour, HKU’s new students were introduced to university life through events that featured presentations on the social, cultural, and academic life of the university.
