International Material and Engineering Technologies Conference (TICMET’19) hosted by Gaziantep University (GAÜN) was held in cooperation with Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU) and many universities and institutions. Scientific presentations were made at the conference, which was held at the Gaziantep University Mavera Congress and Art Center and where expert speakers took part in the field, which were expected to give reference to scientific studies. TICMET19, which was organized to present the latest research and results on Computer Science, Electrical Electronics and Energy Technologies, Material Sciences, Production Technologies, Mechatronics and Biomedical Technologies, hosted representatives of different fields.

The opening speeches of the conference, which has an international importance, were made by HKU Rector Prof. Dr. Edibe Sözen, Rector of Gaziantep University Prof. Dr. Ali Gür, Gaziantep University Rector Advisor Assoc. Dr. Necip Fazıl Yılmaz. Referring to the importance of the work done by HKU Engineering Faculty in the competitive market, Edibe Sözen said: “In the science centers established by Hasan Kalyoncu University Faculty of Engineering, they are instrumental in very good works with industry cooperation.
