The HKÜ Wind at the GÜDKAF’24 Career Fair!

Hasan Kalyoncu University’s (HKÜ) partner university, sponsored by Kalyon Holding; The Southeast Career Fair (GÜDKAF’24), organized under the coordination of the Presidency Human Resources Office (CBİKO), opened its doors to young people with the theme “Talent Everywhere.”

With the goals of making young people studying at universities feel that they are talents and ensuring equal opportunities for employment and internships for university students from all regions of the country, the HKÜ booth attracted great attention at this year’s Career Fair held at Dicle University.

The opening ceremony of GÜDKAF’24, held at the Dicle University 15 July Culture and Congress Center, was attended by Diyarbakır Governor Ali İhsan Su, Dicle University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Karakoç, HKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Türkay Dereli, HKÜ Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Gül Rengin Küçükerdoğan, HKÜ Career Planning, Implementation, and Research Center Director Dr. Ahmet Ayaz, as well as rectors of partner universities, civil, administrative, judicial, and public institution executives, business people, private sector representatives, academics, and students.

Expressing their satisfaction with supporting the regional career fair organized by Dicle University this year, HKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Türkay Dereli stated, “We are delighted to support this regional career fair organized by Dicle University this year. The main purpose of coming together as elements of the career ecosystem in this fair is to help our valuable young people, who are becoming the leaders of the future, determine career areas suitable for their education, interests, and talents while they are still students and to facilitate their access to job/internship opportunities. Presentations, seminars, informative sessions, training, workshops, interviews, and interview simulations to be held during the fair will significantly contribute to our young people’s career planning. At Hasan Kalyoncu University, we support our students in developing their career plans and implementing these plans under the coordination of our Career Planning, Implementation, and Research Center.
